 How do I order?

To order over the internet:

Go into our ONLINE SHOP
Select the goods you desire and add them to your shopping basket
Once you have selected all your items, go to the shopping basket and check your order.
Register your details, or if you have ordered before, enter your username and password and your details will appear automatically.
Enter your payment details
After your order is submitted we will contact you to advise on delivery times.

If you prefer to order by telephone, call us on 01671 820 748 and we will personally take your order.

Why do you only deliver on Wednesdays, Thursday and Fridays?

To guarantee freshness all items are sourced specifically for your order. All our goods are fresh, not frozen, and so we do not keep a supply of goods in storage. In addition, we are a small family business and deal with your order personally, so we limit the number of days we despatch goods.

Why do you ask me to register my details?

By completing a registration form, we can ensure we have all the details necessary to process your order and deliver your goods. Whilst this can take a few moments the first time you order, by simply entering your username and password when placing subsequent orders, your details will be automatically entered into the order form.

How do I pay for goods?

We use a service called Paypal to collect and process your credit / debit card details online. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo or Delta.

Paypal provides a secure service, which should provide you with peace of mind. However, we understand that not everyone is comfortable providing card details over the Internet. Therefore, if you prefer, you can telephone us with your credit card details. These details will be destroyed after your order has been processed.

Alternatively, you can print your order and send us a cheque. Please note, however, we will not dispatch your order until your cheque has cleared, which can take a number of days. In these cases we will advise you of delivery times.

Why do you vacuum pack all goods?

Food experts recommend this type of packaging because:

It helps to keep goods fresher for longer by naturally sealing in all the freshness.
It protects the fish in transit and ensures there is no cross contamination, so the products reach you in perfect condition.
The items take up very little room and can easily be frozen and thawed, so you can easily store your complete order.
