
Hake Fillets
Sustainably sourced North Sea Hake, this Hake is landed in the North of Scotland and hand filleted and boned by our very own team. The Hake "fillets" or "chunks" are taken from large Hake sides to give you thick and chunky steaks. Hake is succulent and flakey - its delicious coupled with a rich tomatoey sauce.

Firm and tasty fillets we served them “blackened” with salad and jersey royals. Delicious, and ordered again.
I buy the hake quite regularly and it is always absolutely delicious.
Fresh fish beautifully prepared and ready to cook - needs very little in dressing or sauce as fish speaks for itself.
I have been told by David when he came round with the van that Hake was the sweetest fish. Took no notice until recently I decided to try it- he was right it is so delicious. Thank you David.
