Made every week by our very own team our Salmon Fishcakes are jam packed full with cooked Scottish Salmon and Local Hot Smoked Salmon. Blended with Local Potatoes and a pinch of Salt our fishcakes are then hand cut and coated in milk, flour and our secret natural breadcrumb recipe.
