Delicious

Really nice with salmon….just needs very little cooking as it is the asparagus of the sea….drain add a knob of butter. Perfect. Enjoy.

Really delicious lightly cooked with butter. It goes especially well with fish and it tastes like summer!

I love samphire and this is so good. I reluctantly buy it occasionally from the supermarket (before FF had it in stock) but it’s always imported so I much prefer to buy local.
