This Lemon Sole is landed in the North of Scotland. This oval-shaped flatfish come highly recommended for its delicious taste and texture. This fish has a slightly sweet, delicate taste and goes well with creamy sauces. 

This fillet comes skinned both sides, and our team hand bone and quality check each fillet. 

Medium - Approx 100-120g.
Large - Approx 150-175g.
