Really large and great flavour
The Rainbow Trout was absolutely delicious. Whichever way it was cooked, it would have been great. I baked it stuffed with slices of lemon and flaked almonds, then served with cauliflower and new potatoes.
Very good sized trout, and tasted fabulous. Can’t fault at all! Did 2 large servings as a meal plus plenty extra for sandwiches, yummy
I baked it in the oven with butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper inside, wrapped in non -stick greaseproof paper, for half an hour, accompanied by minted new potatoes and fresh vegetables. Enough for two. Wonderful!
