Sustainably sourced Wild Haddock from the North Sea. Hand boned and filleted we can assure you that this haddock fillet will contain no bones. Light and flavoursome this Haddock will make it to the smokery within 48 hours of landing on our Scottish Shores where its is oak smoked.

Smoked haddock doesn’t need to be dyed neon yellow!
Have had this a few times now and it is absolutely delicious. Not that awful yellow colour. It tastes as good as it looks. I have used it in Cullen Skink and poached it and served with a parsley sauce. The flavour is great. Very healthy eating.
I’ve used the fish in a Mary Berry’s recipe,kedgeree and poached with an egg on top. All delicious and healthy.
