We carefully select the freshest and finest quality octopus, which we then steam and chop. By steaming our seafood, we ensure the nutrients are locked in and the flavour is maximised. To further enhance the flavour, we marinate the octopus in garlic and parsley, meaning it’s ready to serve straight from the tub. This authentic Italian food is the perfect appetiser.
