The smoked cod is superb. I made a smoked cod and egg mornay pie this time. The fish is full of flavour and really delicious.
The smoked cod was absolutely delicious poached lightly in milk, which was then used to make a parsley sauce. Served with new potatoes and tender spinach stalks tossed in butter.
The fish is first class but it is very large. Could do with half the size
