Mayo: Rapeseed Oil ,Water, Pasteurised EGG Yolk , Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), MUSTARD Flour.
Dressing: Ingredients: Water, vegetable oils (33%) (sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil), white wine vinegar (10%), mustard (10%) (water, MUSTARD seeds,
spirit vinegar, salt, flavourings, spices), sugar, spirit vinegar, spices (onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper), salt, modified corn starch, herbs
(0.2%) (oregano, marjoram, basil, rosemary), lemon juice concentrate, thickener (xanthan gum), invert sugar syrup, carrot juice concentrate,
safflower extract, yeast extract, natural flavouring, antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA).
It was a lovely salad with good ingredients and tasted great. However, its a little bit too expensive to have regularly. Maybe make a smaller portion that's more affordable, or do a hot smoked salmon bowl and a cold smoked salmon bowl which would be less expensive and give the customer a choice. Can't fault it other than that though :)
The smoked salad bowl was absolutely delicious it had two kinds of smoked salmon in it a lovely salad croutons and a pot with dressing in it I enjoyed it so much I am getting another one this week and I didn't have to make it would recommend it to anyone
